We would like to say a big thank you to Abigail and the team at Ideal Hot Tubs. Fabulous family run business, where nothing is too much trouble. Phone calls and emails are answered promptly. Our Pluto hot tub is definitely a welcome escape from all the Covid19 stress. Our 19 month old grandson absolutely loves Nannie and Grandad's \big bath\. We would recommend Ideal Hot Tubs to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub, we cannot fault them.

Took delivery of our new Pluto hot tub 2 weeks ago and despite the extremely cold weather, been in it every day so far. Found out about Ideal Hot Tubs via E bay and was a bit dubious about purchasing that way so gave them a call to discuss further. Got lots of info from my conversation with Abigiail and after overnight consideration, decided to place my order. Delivery delayed a bit due to COVID, but they kept me posted and once delivery date was firmed up, the hot tub arrived and was set up quickly and efficiently by the delivery team.Great service from start to finish and also very competitive pricing for a good quality hot tub. Can recommend Ideal Hot Tubs without any hesitation.

We purchased a Maldives hot tub and are over the moon with it! The delivery was longer than originally expected due to a mixture of Covid/Brexit delays at the port, but Danielle and Abigail kept us informed along the way on this unfortunate hitch which was obviously totally out of their hands. The after sales care we have received since delivery has been excellent. We would recommend Ideal Hot tubs for their quality products, good value and customer service.

I was recommended to Ideal Hot Tubs by a friend, after a lot of shopping around. From my first phone call they where so helpful and emailed over all the information we needed to decide which hot tub to buy. We have had regular updates, great communication and a confirmed delivery date. Deliver day was last Wednesday, I had a text message from Liam to say what time delivery was. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this Company like the plague, Absolute con artists and THIEVES. Took delivery of Hot tub today as promised and it was placed in place. The delivery guys stated that they weren't setting u[p or commissioning. I called the office to find out what was going on and Abigail who sold us the Hot tub said we hadn't paid for set up. We agreed and paid the money for this but the extra 250 for set up was placed on the cost of the tub.
