Great service - scratched my eye and they had a look, provided me with everything I needed. Also gave me an eye test which showed I was due for some new lenses. 99 off my second pair which could also be sunglasses so now I'm prepared for those 2 days of sunshine in Summer.

Very happy with my visit. Optician Gully patiently persisted in getting the right prescription and was very informative in explaining my results. And Jake was an excellent, friendly and very patient help in helping choose a pair of glasses giving honest and professional opinions on style and function of the frames, i certainly didn't make it easy for him. All staff I encountered were very knowledgeable and provided a service with a smile.

Just been for my consultation for laser eye surgery, and have to say that the patient advisor Sophie st Clair pedroza was absolutely brilliant. Through out the whole time , she was very friendly , polite and very helpful and informative. Answering every question I asked with true professionalism.

They followed the covid protocol( temperature check and social distancing). When you visit the clinic, people are very nice. They welcome you nicely. Advisor Ayesha is knowledgeable. She assisted me properly and did the eye test quickly and accurately and she also explained the processes clearly. Optometrist Nadeem was also very nice. Overall they have an excellent customer service. I was just overwhelmed with the price for the surgery.

I have been going to Optical Express for years and yet again the service delivered by the team at Meadowhall is 1st Class. Neil attended to me initially, greeting was 1st class and the overall customer service he gave me couldn't be faulted and indeed all customer facing customers could be trained to do the perfect role by Neil, He was backed up by his colleague Ayesha who helped Neil when measuring me up for the new varifocal glasses i needed ( 1st time varifocal lenses ) the optician was very good putting me at ease over any covid issues i had, explaining that my eyes are just as they should be at my age again made me feel better Thanks again and i look forward to getting my new glasses in the next couple of weeks i would recommend anyone who requires any eye tests to visit Optical Express Meadowhall,they will not be disappointed

I'm sharing this review on behalf of my Step mum Kay. On Saturday morning (13th March) she had an appointment for a consultation about eye correction surgery. She could not speak highly enough of the service she received from all the staff but with special mention to Matt B & Sana who made the visit as easy and pleasant as it could be. Hopefully this can be passed on and keep up the great work.
