Thanks to Neil we have some great drawings with structural calculations and planning permission approved. Planning was quick and easy and he answers questions. Made to feel at ease as I have never had to do this before. Very understanding of changes we had to make and cut out the need for an architect which saved us money. Thanks again would definitely recommend.

Neil and Ben have drawn up some plans for our property which have just been submitted to planning. Both are very experienced and knowledgeable with great ideas. We would certainly use them again and can highly recommend them.

We heard about Neil when we had a problem designing a kitchen. Neil came to see us and quickly and concisely advised of ideas to resolve our issues. We chose to go with an extension plan he proposed. Part of Neil's service is to offer a list of builders to obtain quotes to complete the build. He also advised of relevant building inspectors. We had never been through the process of this level of change to our house. Neil offered further advice when we needed it. Throughout he was prompt, effecient and very pleasant and helpful. He helped to put our mind at ease. The build has just come to a close and the results are great and a lot of that is down to Neil, the builders he recommended and the relationships we built throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending Neil and his team whether you are a novice or have lots of experience. Very very happy.

I cannot thank Neil & Ben at Plans for Extensions enough. They really have pulled out all the stops for us. With their support, professionalism and then going over and above with their help, we were able to get the planning permission for our single storey and two storey side extension and not have to uproot our disabled son and create a stressful situation for us as family. Plans For Extensions were recommended to us by a friend. When starting out with our extension process we felt like it was a bit of a minefield, so were glad for a recommendation. Neil was able to come and see us straight away, and totally understood our vision and requirements. He came back to see us soon after to measure up and then it wasn't long before we received the plans. Neil was very accommodating to any changes we requested and had some great ideas that we might not have thought of. Since the first plans we have made a few changes, but each time Neil took them on board and turned the new plans around in no time. He has always been available throughout the whole process, answering the simplest of questions and setting our mind at rest. Our planning permission has now been granted, but Neil has assured us he will be available should we or our builders have any questions moving forward. We would highly recommend Plans For Extensions, and if we ever have any future work done they will be our first port of call. Thank you Neil and the Team

Neil and Ben are both great. Their ideas are fantastic and they produce clear and accurate drawings with a very short turn around time. We went through planning at the first attempt as they produce plans that captured what we wanted perfectly and also met all planning requirements and stipulations. The builders found the plans easy to work with and I would strongly recommend Plans 4 Extensions.

We are really pleased from the service provided from Neil and his team. After my Dad went with a different architect whose service was very poor we decided to go with Neil after a recommendation. Although our original plan wasn't excepted by the council Neil and Phoebe were more than helpful of resigning the plan of what we wanted. Their plans are clear, accurate and easy to understand. Neil and Kelsey helped me progress from a rough idea of what we wanted to details plans. I thought straight from the (free of charge) initial meeting that they were very easy to deal with. Neil added several alternatives to my initial thoughts and was happy to have several iterations of plans before the end result. I found them knowledgeable, professional and helpful and would not hesitate to recommend them.
