The Super Pro Bench is as expected, high quality and delivered on time. Its great to see that at least Ironmaster can produce a product that is actually straight. That may sound a strange comment but I've purchased several machines from so called reputable supplier's over the years that have been way out of line. And then I've had wait literally months in some cases for them to change the offending part. The Founder of the company James has the personality to match the product. Decent equipment but customer service needs work. I made an order to be told that some of the equipment wasn't in stock and arranged delivery for the following week which was fine by me. When the first shipment arrived, some of the equipment was damaged and a piece of equipment was missing . I complained and received an email a few days later saying they could send a replacement or offer me a discount on future products which I took them up on as the equipment is good. Tried calling customer service several times throughout the process and they could never give me a straight answer about my missing/damaged equipment. If you get your order without problems, you'll be happy.
Website never works properly. Trying to add items to cart but never goes into basket . No showroom to view products. \ Online Only \ :-( doesnt seem like an easy experience to order stuff
I purchased a bench and two IronMaster dumbbell sets with the 120lb add-on kit. The quality of the equipment is superb, as was the quality of the packaging in which the equipment arrived. The customer service was also top-notch. I cannot fault IronMaster in any aspect. Highly recommend.
At the time of writing, they have not responded to my email sent 4 days ago regarding my kettlebell order that was on back-order (which I ordered on 1st Dec). I was just asking for an eta as nothing was noted in the order email. No acknowledgement at all which is very poor at this age really. Let's hope it will turn up.
