My granddaughter had to cancel her birthday plans due to having to self isolate . Ordered her some treats from her and they put a message card and a happy birthday sticker on her ice cream she was delighted thank you so much for making a birthday girls day a lot better

Excellent place for ice creams and other desserts. Very friendly staff always there to help. An asset to Irvine. definitely recommending their birthday cakes and desserts

Got 27 quid worth of cakes ,cheese cake, donuts, ice cream and brownies and most of it went in the bin. My order was wrong for a start then the cakes were so so dry and just yuck the donuts were not even edable there were little rocks i couldn't get a spoon through them, the brownie didn't taste anything like a good chocolate brownie it just tasted like a bit of sponge cake. The ice cream wasn't great either just really disappointed. Heard great things about this place but it was a complete waste of money the only thing good was the little pots of chocolate dipping sauce it tasted like nutella.

I ordered afternoon tea for 3 which cost 30 pounds... Very very disappointed. 4 thin fingers of bread with ham or cheese between them (probably used 2 slices of bread for them all) a scone which was raw in the middle. Cheap wee sausage rolls (4) and some sad looking cupcakes. The only thing which equalled 3 was the cheesecake which I believe was \OK\. All in all it wasn't worth the money and we'll go elsewhere in future
