My favourite cafe. My order has always been made correctly and I can get in and out within my half hour lunch break because they are on the ball but usually wish I could stay longer because it’s a nice relaxed environment.

Fantastic food at a good price and nothing skimped on. When in Thornbury will always go there

Didn't know the protocol so waited by the door and was ignored until we attracted their attention. Stood and asked where do we go and was told anywhere, didn't see any social distancing with customers but the staff we well masked up. Food was tasty and didn't have to wait long, asked for crispy bacon but it was fatty and not crispy,( after stomach surgery I have to have food cooked in certain ways or I can't swallow it) portions good though. Would I go again, probably not as felt stupid standing waiting while staff chatted. But it was good food, so would appeal to locals, probably not out of towners passing through who didn't know what their specific covid policy was, seeing as so many places differ re sitting arrangements etc and it wasnt obvious what we do. Nice cuppa and food tasty.

Fantastic quality breakfast and very warm welcome. A group of us had just completed a bike ride in Wales and were looking for some breakfast. Shellys was recommended to us and didn't disappoint. Nice thick bacon, good quality sausages and delicious black pudding. A gem of a find. :)

Had breakfast a week or so ago, owner was very rude, when we were saying our order she got really funny and said something along the lines of woah woah hold up for god sake. The poor girl working with her I’m assuming being trained looked like she was about to cry any minute, by the looks of it due to the way she was being spoke to by the manager. Won’t return
