Not had a problem, been more difficult since it moved, but back open since Hammersmith station is being rebuilt. Haven't used it since though.

extremely rude women in the reception. when you ask her a question she doesn’t want to reply at all. she acts like she is working there for free. she is not doing her job properly. she was very rude and she didn’t want to help by answering a simple question. she said we can do the same thing elsewhere but i am sure she could’ve done it there...

Met Police officers here are always polite at reception and on the streets doing a Great job even at the trouble club's especially bar fm night club on the high street alway has violence . They do a fantastic job the met police here in shepherds bush London!

They were very gentle when handcuffed me and their car was clean and roomy, I would definitely get arrested by them again.
