Had an emergency with my cat and with the brilliant and caring vets at the clinic he was had his consultation and sorted out. They have easy to follow social distancing rules to make sure the humans are safe as well.

My dogs lead broke and she disappeared for several hours. A kind man caught her and took her to Shepton vets who contacted me due to my dogs’ microchip. They kindly looked after her until I was able to collect her and even lent me a lead to get her home with. I have never used this particular vets before but if this is the level of care offered, I will certainly do so in the future. Thank you for all your help.

We sadly had to say goodbye to our beautiful jaygo, this week. Josh and the practice were so compassionate. They gave us as much time as we needed to say good bye with respect, dignity and privacy for us all. A line was set up so we could remain with Jaygo untill the end and the nurse and vet socially distanced . This was paramont to us , as given the chioce we would never let our best friend and loyal companion pass without us by his side. Jaygo went peaceful and with as little pain and no fear . Of course we are all heartbroken but we thank Josh and all the staff at Shepton Mallet vetanarian for helping jaygo jorney on with such compassion to us all
