I always use Star Rent A Car when I visit Shetland, which is generally twice a year. I find the service first class and know I'll be well looked after. Cars are always clean and comfortable and the staff are very obliging.

Very friendly and easy process to rent. Cars are a little older than your usual rental cars but come in all sizes to suit your needs. Fully recommend.

Although our flight was turned back by bad weather, and the plane eventually landed several hours late, the staff member at the Star Rent a Car could not have been more helpful, more courteous or more patient. She gave useful advice on itinerary and return. Even so long after closing hours on a Sunday evening, this sincere and friendly encounter set the tone for a wonderful holiday in the lovely Shetland Islands.
