I don’t normally write reviews but on this occasion I felt I had too, I was having major issues with my door lock. I attended the store with the door lock and Chris told me exactly what I needed and what wouldn’t need replacing, most stores I have been to previously try to sell you the whole kit and caboodle but not this time!! What a refreshing change !! Chris was great and even attached the new lock mechanism to the old parts so it was working like new ! Great service , great advice, great prices and would highly recommend this store and staff.

Ordered some difficult to find UPVC window handles to replace some worn and broken ones so I could match the other existing ones. They promptly arrived next day. The spindles were longer than I needed, but a few seconds with the angle grinder fixed that. Excellent company to order from.
