My little girls has been at Little Wellies for over 2 years and loves it. We chose it as it felt like a home from home rather than some of the settings that seemed a little stiff. We loved the baby room and her transition to the preschool room was very smooth. The staff in both the baby and preschool rooms have lots of contact with all the children so by the time my little girl transitioned from the baby and tots for preschool it was very familiar and smooth. She goes in happily and comes home happy too... regularly messy which means she's had lots of fun playing and learning. Would definitely recommend.

Little Wellies is family owned and family run. Owners and staff put the children and families first. Each setting has a welcoming feel to them. Making children and staff feel like they are 'home away from home' while at nursery. The owners always put families at the heart of what they do. Little Wellies is always adapting and moulding the way things are done and run to help every child who joins them. The children are always learning through play and their interests and not just inside the nursery. All three nurseries explore their communities by going for walks out and about exploring, as Little Wellies strongly believes that learning isn't just within the nursery's walls.
My son has attended little wellies for over a year now, the staff are truly amazing and do a wonderful job! Every day is different and he loves the trips to see the horses and the park! After lockdown he couldn’t wait to get back and was asking every day if he was going to nursery which I think speaks volumes as to how much he enjoys it! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend little wellies, it’s a brilliant childcare provider and the staff have amazing bonds with the children, we’re always welcomed with a smiling face every morning without fail!!
Our son joined Little Wellies at the beginning of this year, shortly before his first birthday. He settled in very quickly and loves everyone who looks after him. He shows this by giving cuddles to the ladies when dropping him off each day! We are kept well informed of what activities he has taken part in each day in form of a daily sheet, which also notes what he has eaten. We love seeing all the photos on the closed Facebook group, everyone is so smiley and happy!! Nothing is ever too much trouble for everyone at Little Wellies. We are so grateful for all their support. It also goes without saying Little Wellies have handled the current pandemic excellently. Parents have been kept well informed of precautions put in place to keep everyone safe. We are so happy we chose Little Wellies for our little boy, and would recommend to everyone!
Well, what can I say about little wellies. They're just perfect, my daughter started in Jan 2020 and she just loves it, the staff came to visit us at home so she knew them and we had various settling days until she was ready. She loves nursery and everyone time we go she puts her hand out for her bag and toddles in. As a parent this is so reassuring that she goes in and finds it's safe and fun. She has some lovely attachments to the staff and the videos they upload to the private group on fb are just lovely. They help me see what she does at nursery and how she interacts with the staff and the other children. I highly recommend this nursery and I have recommended to my cousin whose little girl is just starting her settling in days. Its a fab nursery- you won't be disappointed. They have been so flexible with my child care when i have needed further sessions.
