Used this company twice now, one for pie machine dyes and another time just recently for a pie lidder for the same machine. I should have trusted my instincts from the bad experience the first time. Delay after delay, no communication, when we call to chase, either the person cannot take the call, or they even put the phone down (this happened twice). Now the terms for payment were deposit, which was paid, and then 50% of the balance before delivery. This wouldn't have been a problem if they delivered within their own time scales. Who in their right mind would pay for an order, when their is no confidence that it will actually be delivered, given the number of times that we were told that it would arrive. Very unprofessional company to deal with. If you want an order of equipment and want it delivered within the agreed timescales then stay away from these guys. They also operate under Crypto Peerless.
