This 'company' doesn't even deserve 1 star as they are DAYLIGHT THIEVES!!! I placed an order on 01/07 and have still not received my item, I have tried to call them so many times and the number has just rung out, same to emails they've ignored them all! I now have to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get the money back. I wish I had read all reviews before I made the order. Honestly, save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere!

Bought some balloons off here I was in need due to covid 19 no shops were opened and it was my sons birthday. So i messaged them on facebook and they filled them up and within 1 hour and i collected amazing service!!
Absolute disgusting customer service. We all know things are hard during the COVID-19, but that is NO excuse for very (very!) poor customer service. Taking over a month to post an item (to which they didn’t even post in the end!) to then say NO to a refund when asked. To then change their mind and accept to refund us. And then when they did process a refund, they shortly after Cancelled it. Total thieving scammers!!! They are happy to keep YOUR money, and YOUR product! AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
I echo the bad reviews here. A terrible experience. Ordered a table tennis table over a month ago. They took my money. No updates on a delivery. Nothing. Tried calling 50 times. No one answers. Emailed several times. No response. Have asked for a refund. No response. I have now opened a goods not received dispute with my credit card company. Don't know what else to do, given this company simply blanks their customers. Avoid like the plague.
I placed an order for incense a month ago and received 1 order but the larger order nothing has arrived not even a dispatch email. I have emailed the company, no response, I have tried to use live chat no luck there and I have called 79 times and the phone is always engaged and no one is picking up. I am inclined to assume this is not a company to shop with as their service warrants a poor credibility rating. I am appalled at their lack of communication in updating customers if a product is on a pre-order. To ghost a customer is unacceptable. Perhaps I can be updated now about my order. Order No. 10066. I understand lockdown has meant delays which is totally OK however please respond to your customers or they won't return.

Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased an item in may and was expecting it within 10 days. I emailed them after 11 days to ask where it was. They said it was a pre order. To this I was shocked as it said it was in stock else I wouldnt have bought it. So anyway I waited. After waiting 2 weeks more I asked for a refund instead. They then replied and said no. A week later they told me I could have a refund now.i was very annoyed as i could have bought a different item in the mean time. When they did issue a refund it got cancelled and paypal told me to contact the company. They dont answer any of my emails and calls A scam!!
I bought a printer for our business as we sell on ebay and they delivered it within 24 hours! GREAT PRICE GREAT BUSINESS !
