Such a wonderful experience at this shop. The ladies were so helpful, so knowledgable and so much fun! The dresses are stunning and there are so many different styles to choose from. Prices are really reasonable too. The ladies made me feel so special and couldn’t do enough for me and my guests. Highly recommend!

I had a personalised fitting where I tried on lots of dresses. I appreciated the advice about things that would suit me better. The dress I chose needed to be altered and I had a little jacket made to cover my shoulders. This was all done in house. As a widow of 4 years and re-marrying it was an emotional time for me. I was in my 50s and worried that I wouldn't look good, but felt totally confident on the day and everybody loved my dress. I would totally recommend Shop for Brides.
Me and my friend attended with our little girls as she is getting married and needed to pick out a dress. The women who own the shop are so lovely and my friend found her dress within trying on 3 dresses, as well as a bridesmaid dress for her daughter. The ladies were so welcoming and down to earth and explained everything in terms of alterations and pricing etc so my friend knew exactly what she would be paying, no hidden costs etc. Absolutely lovely experience especially for my friend who was quite nervous. We all had a lovely chat. It was like going round to a friend's house and sitting on the sofa. Beautiful shop, beautiful dresses and just the loveliest of people running it. Couldn't recommend this place enough!
I like Shop for Brides, because when you go in you are treated like family. The love and excitement you experience whilst there is beautiful. For many of my friends this was the first shop they visited and walked out the happiest bride to be with finding their perfect dress. I also have found my perfect dress there too, it has pockets!! I just have to find my man now.
Wow - what can i say - this shop went the extra mile for me! I found a designer I liked online rang around many bridal shops to enquire if anyone had a sample in my area to try on--no luck. Shop for Brides had taken my phone number and managed to track down various sample sizes for me (available to try on without a deposit scheme) I felt at ease during the whole fitting service. The shop was very well laid out and Moira and the girls were lovely. Dress purchased Oct for wedding the following May, the dress arrived in plenty of time and they did alterations x2 occasions for no extra charge and packed my dress in my case for my wedding abroad. Outstanding service all round - thanks - I would say I will use you guys again but I am not sure I will be getting married again! ha ha
We have just has the most beautiful visit to chose my daughter’s wedding dress. Fabulous dresses and such an amazing environment but most importantly was how welcome we felt. We were not rushed at all and felt like family by the time we left. Thank you.
