I can't say I have had a worse experience with an online service. I placed my order with Naturali mid March and as of today (April 23rd) I am still missing part of the products I paid for. Part of what did arrive was damaged (a bottle of olive oil broke meaning everything was covered in oil and bits of glass). I have hardly received any replies or help from this service. I definitely de not recommend them

Very disappointed, ordered chilled products that were sent as ambient and took 12 days to arrive therefore not usable. I contacted David straight away and despite providing him with evidence from the manufacturer that the product was chilled, he refused to refund me or re-send me the products. It is safe to say I will not be using his services again and I would advise to stay away from chilled products from his site. Reply: Hi David, I was not complaining of the delivery timescale, just the fact that chilled product were shipped ambient (no dry ice or cool packs) and arrived to me at room temperature which means they could not be used. I emailed you several times and forwarded you the email from the manufacturer to confirm how the product should be handled and I also wrote to you but you stopped communication so there wasn't much else I could do on my side to resolve the issue.

it is truly a company not to be evaluated! after 10/12 working days the order was shipped !! 10 days to the fedex deposit and part of the goods arrive broken! contacted him! their answer, contact fedex! but if you put them under pressure and without protection .... vote 0

Terrible and a scam, my parcel came including products that have nothing to do with what i ordered. Also the parcel arrived damaged. None of the things I ordered are in there. They are all secondary quality damaged things. Edit. I have contacted the owner and explained the situation several times. He is never responsive but most importantly although I haven't received anything but the flour he has still not refunded any of my money. In fact I am discussing with my bank to dispute the transaction. Stay away and ignore the semi polite reply The business seems to be handled either by a scammer or an unprofessional or both

It is so fantastic to be able to buy Italian food without having the additional cost of a fly. All our favourite Italian items a click away! The chilled items were wrapped in ice packs which were still fresh and the glass jars wrapped in bubble wrap. The only problem was an item was out of stock at packing. Even though was refunded immediately I wasn't contacted to say what the refund was for - maybe that is something Naturali could work with.. but overall I would highly recommend this company and look forward to shopping again with them.
