Contacted Jenny and received an appointment the same day. She was kind, considerate and compassionate towards me during my grief. The building itself doesn't look like much but the level of service rivals high-end companies with purpose-built buildings and memorial gardens. The cremations offered are only single-animal, so the ashes are guaranteed as your pets and the range of urns covers many different designs and types. I had to wait a few extra days, but this was only because they were kind enough to special-order a specific urn from their supplier for me. No qualms, no hesitations, no regrets. I would never wish a pet death on another, but should I ever know someone who requires this service then I will definitely recommend Greenhill Pet Cremation Services.
