Working with Ben was a fantastic expeience. I wanted to improve my nutrition (I am Veggie) to make sure I was fueled correctly to achive my goals, to run a maraton distance and eventually progress to an ultra. His knowledge is second to none! He also educated me on a how to create (with his help) and progress my own training plan to fit in with these goals. Ben took an incredibly pragmatic and tailor-made approach to help me figure out how best to eat for the specific targets that I've had for some time but never quite been able to achieve. Ben spent time figuring out all the angles that might help me achieve and or derail my goals and then offered me a succinct but simple nutrition plan to help me succeed. Within our four weeks working together, I have lost 7.5Kg, and I've not once felt that I was on a "diet". I've been able to implement practical "rules of thumb" for everyday living, all of which are backed by Ben's in-depth knowledge and expertise on nutrition. Great service, highly recommended.

Ben coached me to compete in my first Olympic distance triathlon (something I had wanted to do for a long time but had no idea where to start). The training and nutrition was tailored specifically to me to ensure I was adequately fuelled and progressing well. Our weekly catch ups kept me accountable and I quickly began seeing results in the gym and with Ben's support, my confidence grew. I felt really well looked after, Ben is approachable and genuine. I am the fittest I've ever felt and have dispelled so many nutritional myths I had been harbouring for years like cutting carbs, fasted training, and weight loss. I feel so much more empowered and informed compared to the start of this journey and because of that I can't recommend Ben's services more highly! I reached out to Ben after realising that I was losing my way with my health, fitness and weight. I had gone from a super fit person to a gradually expanding desk-sitter and I realised that my own attempts to fix it were just resulting in yo-yos in my weight and general health. Ben is analytical, he took time to understand my situation and my goals. We then agreed on the key things to work on which were my nutrition and doing a small, achievable amount of exercise each day. In our consultations and material I learned a lot about nutrition, in a fairly simple way. Ben is very knowledgeable and good at explaining things. This has allowed me to completely change the way I think about food and I saw results straight away. Over the 4 weeks I lost 6kg of fat, I look and feel more like me again. In fact, I feel great and the main thing is, it wasn't a huge radical programme that I can't sustain. It was small changes that I even enjoyed and can stick with for a healthier life. I was hesitant on spending the money initially, but I can now honestly say that it was wholly worth it. Sometimes you just need someone to tell you what to do and to be in your corner. Thank you Ben for helping me to turn over a new leaf and get back to better health and fitness.

I've been following Ben on Instagram for a few months and I have had in mind for a while to complete a 50k trail run, so I decided this was a good excuse to book a free consultation with him. During our consultation, I immediately engaged with Ben's fresh and knowledgeable approach towards nutrition and fitness. His advice is genuine and not 'pushy', actually all the suggestions come from his own experience. Throughout the first month, I learnt on how to approach food and use it effectively in my training, without too much overthinking. Ben covers the whole spectrum, from guided training plans, videos on how to do exercises, nutrition, to tailoring specific needs - in my case menopause. Ben is always available and keeps a close eye to your training - I enjoyed receiving the short videos to check how I was getting on. Overall, a fantastic customized service from Ben who I highly recommend and I look forward to completing the next couple of training blocks. Leticia
