Ordered takeaway from shrewsbury branch. They missed a portion of chips from the order. Chicken was really chewy, couldn’t finish. Nando’s usually have great food but this was poor. Emailed them and they never bothered to reply. I would recommend Nando’s, just not the Shrewsbury branch. 0 customer service, food quality terrible

Overall: Good restaurant. Polite staff. Reasonably priced. Atmosphere: Good. The background music is always nice. Spacious. Cleanliness: Thumbs up. Staff: Very polite. Food: Very good. You'll like it if you like chicken. Price: Reasonable. Location: Excellent. Parking available. Hot drinks: Me and my friends tried most of the hot drinks, not satisfied at all, particularly with the coffee. They need to work on it
Very good. Covid safe. We went on a Sunday and we were able to seat in a 6people table. Good food.
It was great ! Fast service and they are coming to the tables to bring drinks and food which is handy, clean glasses every time. The WiFi wasn't working there but we just ordered through the staff instead of the mobile site which was easily done. Friendly staff.
