My go to shop for all my designer clothes. Paul’s customer service is unmatched, their Shrewsbury shop is superbly presented.
Right where do I start Firstly the way they escorted my brother out of the shop because of what he was wearing was totally shocking so snobbish. Without my husband being aware of how the sales assistant treated my brother he continued to be hard sold a pair of Jeans which didn't fit him by offering to have them tailored to his leg length my husband paid for the Jean's at a cost 139 to receive 3 days later a completely different pair of Jean's. There has been only excuses for the way the staff had treated my brother without looking into the situation just saying that wouldn't have happened.... well it did and being told accidents happen when come to orders being sent out. No offer of a solution to the problem and service we receive from the shop itself.
One of the best clothes shops around have been here many times very friendly staff as well
me and my brother visited today and was very happy with our purchases. shoutout to the blonde guy who served us, didn’t catch his name unfortunately but he was very informative and gave us some of the best customer service we’ve ever received shall defo shop there again if we ever come back to shrewsbury!
