Great service all round, especially on pickup. Keys and paperwork were there waiting for me and the whole process took about 5 mins. Claire in the front desk was especially friendly and helpful.

Neil and Ryan were amazing. They helped me pick a new vehicle, answered the questions and put my mind at rest with the various concerns I’d had before going in. I have never previously bought an Audi but am converted now!! They even came in specially while they were on holiday over Christmas, not only so that I could collect the new motor, but also beforehand to double check the details and make sure everything was perfect. Re Q4 - 'genuine interest' - how could I possibly know if the interest shown were genuine? I am not criticising the salesperson in any specific manner here, as he did a great job, and I bought my previous car from him, but this question presumes prior psychological and personal knowledge of the person in question, which is rather presumptuous. I am pretty sure his interest in selling the car to me was genuine, if that's what you mean, as that is his job. We discovered that I taught the manager's daughter, and she liked me, so that was a pleasant and unexpected part of the experience, which in all was very positive indeed.

First time using this audi dealer and i have to say that the level of service i recieved was outstanding. Dealt with Simon Charles who made my whole experience in buying my car stress free. Nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate for one minute in using this dealership again and would reccomend these guys to anyone. Keep up the great work.
