Truly a superb service Kevin is obviously an experienced engineer and he diagnosed and fixed our washing machine both according to the agreed time schedule and within the agreed budget If you have problems with white goods call Harris Electrics My only regret is that i can award only 5 stars. If allowed I would give a much higher number of stars.

My Bosch washing machine stopped working recently so I phoned Harris Electrics and explained the problem to them over the phone. They were able to diagnose the problem immediately and told me a part was needed which would need to be ordered. I received a phone call two days later to say the part was in and they could come out the following morning to fix it. Kevin Harris arrived the next day at the appointed time and repaired the machine within 35 minutes. I found Kevin to be very polite and helpful, I will use Harris Electrics again without doubt and can recommend them to anyone.
