I recently visited Jemca Sidcup as I had purchased by first car and it had a voluntary recall on it. As silly as it sounds, I was a bit nervous prior to going in as I've only just passed my driving test and this is all new to me. I had a fear I might get there and I would be told there were things wrong with my car that needed attention - and I was completely wrong. Upon arrival, due to COVID you ring the bell at the door to be greeted by a member of staff who asks what you are there for. The process was quick and I was in and out within minutes. Staff were extremely welcoming, kind and friendly, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Also, plenty of hand sanitizer and social distancing to make me feel safe. I had to leave my car there and wait for a call to come collect when it was ready. I was offered a courtesy car, which I declined as I didn't need it. It only two less than 2 hours to get my phone call for collection. Staff's friendliness continued on the phone where I was informed I could collect my car as they had begun cleaning it, something I did not expect they'd do. I arrived, again staff were great, handed me the paperwork and keys and I was back in my clean car - it smelt wonderful! Overall, I am very pleased with my experience, I felt at ease with the kind and welcoming staff and would definitely return. As a new driver, and new to all this car business, I'm extremely grateful for how I was treated. (Side note: I noticed that they fixed my wheels frames that had slightly bent away from the wheel. This was fixed and straightened, I didn't even have to ask. I had to pay absolutely nothing for any of what I've mentioned.)

The car I was interested in was the smallest and cheapest in Jemca Sidcup's approved used fleet that day, but the sales rep, Francesco, was attentive and enthusiastic nonetheless, and I was made to feel valued and looked after. Francesco was super helpful, there was no pressure at all, and he even helped me with my personal registration plate post-sale. The forecourt assistants were also very helpful and polite, helping with moving cars around a busy carpark area. The dealership was very professional overall. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this dealership.
Walked into service today without an appt. Was hoping to get a service booked in asap but to my surprise they were able to service my car today. Ali on the desk knows me as I am a regular customer and was helpful getting Jenna to attend to me so quickly. The girls kept me informed on the progress of my car. Kim saw my car out swiftly on collection and was a joy to deal with. Thank you girls
Had my car serviced and MOT. The service advisor (Lance) was professional and kept me informed at all times. The whole experience was very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Popped in for a look end ended up falling in love with a little Aygo. Francesco could not have been more helpful - from giving us the time and space to look at the car on our own, bending over backwards to make sure we could secure the car on our own time scale and keeping the coffee and biscuits coming. At no point was there any sort of hard sell, and we were totally at ease in his company. You'd be hard pressed to find better service if you're in the market for a Toyota.
