Great Service. Great facilities. Delivery Driver friendly. Good to be able to use toilets and have coffee while working on the road. Much appreciated. Also, my opinion but people should be able to clean up after themselves when using the toilet like they do at home. Your staff do a brilliant job!

Went in and grabbed 2 Costa coffees, there was something wrong with coffee machine as all we got was water, I very kindly explained this to the gentleman and asked to have them replaced and he outright just accused me of trying to steal coffee, considering I had already paid for them and hadn't drunk any of it im not sure how I would be trying to steal them. The whole time I was nothing but polite and couldn't belive the way they spoke to me, easy to say I will not be returning there ever again, I just paid for 2 new coffees just so I could get out. I will be going to blackfen from now on, I honestly can't believe the attitude of that shop assistant.

A petrol station with a Little Waitrose. There is quite a good range of products, despite the size of the store, including cold produce, bread and drinks.
