The staff (not including the GPS) are extremly rude and i hear them talk badly about people all the time. They also belittle me when I call them asking for questions. I don't know how they're still working there.

My mum is registered here and I have had cause to call them and visit on numerous occasions. They are always friendly and helpful. When asked for a call back these have always been done in a reasonable time. Visits were always pleasant.

It makes my blood boil when patients complain about having to wait for an appointment ,do they think that they are the only patients trying to get seen. Not sure how many patients Woodlands have but divide that by the doctors and maybe just maybe you can see the problem with making appointments. But why worry, about appointments, how many other surgeries offer a 'walk in 'clinic everyday, absolutely brilliant, If you could ring the surgery and get an appointment for 2 hours time I'm sure patients would be over the moon with that.So going to the surgery at 10 ish and being seen by 12ish is a boon. For me {and my family who have been registered with several other doctors} this practice is far superior in every respect

I have two main problems with this surgery. One - the reception staff are quite curt, and two - it's incredibly hard to get an appointment when you need it. The earliest I can usually get an appointment is 3 weeks away. That to me is unacceptable. There is a walk in but that is incredibly busy and you can end up spending an entire morning getting seen to. The other problems I've had are with certain GPs - well one in particular - someone who clearly needs to improve on their basic medical skills and bedside manner. I've been unlucky enough to have been seen by her twice - once with my eldest 3 at the time - I was getting her dressed after we'd finished as was told \can you do that outside?!\. The other was when she misdiagnosed my symptoms which meant I had to see another doctor a few weeks later. Rude and arrogant. I try to avoid her when I can.
