We like to support this institution.they do a wonderful job of saving lives of all those in trouble at sea.nice little shop in the lifeboat shed always buy somthing to support them and let them keep the change
Amazing group of people who do a fantastic job and are all volunteers. Sidmouth lifeboat are not part of the RNLI, so totally rely on donations from the public. Drop in the next time you are passing, or drop some cash into Sid or Alma’s bucket, as they stand stoically in all weathers outside the lifeboat station.

Great to able to walk round a see close up all the fantastic equipment. Surprised to to told that they are not part of the RNLI. They do an amazing dangerous job and need all the support they can get.
Nice place Sidmouth for stroll around good cafés in centre plenty of small shops lots of parking places and toilets on site!
Interesting to see the lifeboat up close. The shop is small but has some cards and souvenirs that can't be bought elsewhere. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
These guys do a fantastic job and it is worthwhile supporting them in some small way. It is always appreciated.
