On 13 November and 18 November 2019 we used your company to transport us to London from Southampton and return to connect with two cruises. On both occasions we found your drivers to be punctual and courteous. Even more importantly both were exceedingly good and safe drivers, particularly in the traffic we encountered. Whilst we relayed our thanks at the time it would be appreciated if you could re-iterate our gratitude. These drivers should be commended as they are a credit to your service. We would have no hesitation is utilizing your company's services in the future should the need arise.

We have used Silver Express Minicabs a number of times - the drivers are very prompt, courteous and the cars clean and well maintained. They are definitely the best option for travelling to and from London's airports. Not sure if they're the cheapest but they are definitely reliable - important if you need to catch a flight!
Very impressed with the service and the good value. Driver called in advance to tell us of a delay of 7 minutes and when he arrived he helped us with baggage and into the car. He knew how to avoid the London traffic on our trip and arrived at home in very good time. He carried the baggage into the house as I had just been discharged from hospital and on crutches. Will certainly use them again.
Unbeatable price, and very prompt customer service during booking and when I needed to amend my pickup time. A courteous and smartly dressed driver turned up right on time in a beautiful one year old Mercedes-Benz E Class which was immaculate inside and out.
Used Silver Express Minicabs for the first time last week to get to Gatwick Airport from southwest London. The price was competitive, just a bit more than Uber estimate and similar to other minicab companies. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the actual service. Arrived 5 minutes early. Was a really clean and spacious Mercedes. Driver drove so smoothly my wife managed to snooze the whole way, and she normally doesn't like car journeys. Definitely will be using!
