Great and regular stop with the grandchildren, so much more than a cuddly toy for the wee ones. Nice idea, well presented. Great staff!

My daughter loves the place and we have spent fortunes ,wasn't greatly amused on our last visit after getting accessories for one of my daughter's bear we purchased another 2 plus accessories which came to 80 plus the other 25 the girls who helped my daughter build the bears where lovely ,on paying for them we were asked if we wanted a bag and we said yes the bag was kept behind the counter until such time we put the accessories on the 2 new bears when we were finished we went back to the counter to ask for our bag when an older member of staff said she would be 2 mins so we waited and on her return we asked if we could we have our carrier bag, she then in an abrupt manner asked if we had paid for it and my reply was I think so as we paid the younger member of staff at the time she decided to check on the till if we had or hadn't ,then told us we hadn't and it would be 5p, I paid the 5p but it was the principle of how it was done and spoiled our experience that day in the shop ,we must have around 10 bears from you store and don't think we would bother again,I nearly left everything on the counter but I wouldn't do that to my 4 yr old

Built my wee boy a bear here we went for a deal that the vear was 8 and the outfit was 8 we also got a scent to put inside. Tge downsife id if you domt go for the items on a special deal can work out very very expensice
