We sold through Simon & Co at the asking price. Simon provides a personal service from images and writing the spec, accompanying viewings and keeping us informed at every stage by email or phone. He worked really hard to push the others in the chain including contacting vendors, agents and solicitors. He is a talented photographer, taking excellent photos which showed our home in the best possible way. I thoroughly recommend him.
Having viewed a number of properties prior with Simon we knew the agent we would proceed with for our sale. Throughout the whole process and demand for viewings he has been excellent at all levels including credibility of purchasers \No time wasters\ His open & professional approach on how he will manage best price really does produce the goods plus he has evidence to back it up. Simon & Co is breath of fresh air in the estate agency business. We started with an excellent video of the property and an informative e-brochure with a large number of good quality photos.
