Started karate with Sensei Simon at the age 42 with my son, I really enjoy it. Great for your all round fitness (no more bad backs), learning new skills and having fun. A great way to spend a Monday and Thursday evening. You are never too old to take up a new sport. And it's brilliant to be able to do something with your kids instead of just watching them.
