very considerate staff. Jamie arranged a lift home and later collected me when my car was ready. Overall the garage is clean an efficient. The customer service from the service dept is excellent, equal to sales which in my opinion is very rare. Thankyou

Great service and friendly, helpful staff. Car collected and returned in Covid-19 safe manner. Full service and MOT completed quickly and car returned before 5pm. Shame car couldn't be cleaned but completely understandable given the current situation. Will definitely use again for anything Citroen related.

UPDATED Visited the showroom in Ferndown today. Totally ignored by two people on duty. Not even a good morning or be with you in a minute. No contact at all in any shape or form. Following on from a very negative experience the owners contacted me to discuss. The outcome was that as I was due an MOT on my car I agreed to them carrying it out. So today I went back in and was treated as one always hopes to be treated. I have a new C5 Aircross on order and as very local will use Hartwell's for servicing and warranty work.

Saw one of their used cars advertised rang and spoke to Chris who was very helpful on the phone; we drove 135 miles from Warwick to view the vehicle, met by Chris on the forecourt as we pulled in. We test drove the vehicle, the deal was done and we were able to drive our newly acquired vehicle back to Warwick within 2 hours. So professional, honest, never any pressure on us. Chris destroys all the well known myths about car salesman, a true gent. 100% would recommend Simon Hartwell Ltd.
