They have provided us with a number of mobile phones, all set up and ready to go so that our transition was seamless. Set up at our end took minutes because of the work they had done before we received them in the post allowing us to not miss a beat at work. I have the VOIP app on my iphone. I forget it's there. Calls come through, no problems. Price is so low I don't worry about it. Very handy to give customers the illusion that I have a landline!
