We’re all loving our new hammock. We ordered it online and it was with us in less than 5 days. It was super easy to put up and came with a lovely bag. We have a tiny garden so were really worried it would take up too much space but it’s perfect in the corner. It’s bringing us a holiday feeling as we weren’t able to go on our planned half term break to France. Also, it’s encouraging the children to chill out and read a book rather than play a video game. Here’s hoping I get a turn in there to relax too. We also can't wait to take it with us once we can go on holiday again as it is really portable and so easy to hang up. Thank you!

I am absolutely thrilled with the hammock chair that I have just received. It really is so unbelievably comfortable and has become my favourite place to 'chill out' in... The only problem now is that I am finding it incredibly hard to ever get out of as it is the ultimate in blissful, relaxation... I also want to specially mention the fantastic customer service I received. I really wanted the hammock for the recent bank holiday weekend so I phoned Simply Hammocks before I ordered and spoke to Scott. I asked him if there was any way it could be got to me by the weekend. He told me they were really busy but that he would do his very best to get it to me within three days. So I was extremely happy when my hammock arrived bang on time and we had it for the bank holiday weekend. Thank you so much Scott and all at Simply Hammocks. I will definitely recommend you and have already suggested some of my friends buy one from you!

Love my new hammock - its super comfortable and was very easy to set up. The ordering process was easy, and communications concerning the order and delivery were friendly, regular and comprehensive. Written by a happy man in his hammock From being slightly daunted by the various options of frames, sizes and styles the Simply Hammocks team have been excellent. I called customer service and was given great advice. Three options with the advice that the most expensive was not the best match for what I described. Deliver was swift and when I had a concern that the frame had arrived separately to the hammock they came back immediately and the hammock happened to be delivered the next day. Good work all round and excellent service.

Fantastic service! Fantastic product! I have dreamed of having a hammock for years and so on my birthday this year I treated myself to a lovely hammock and stand from Simply Hammocks. I could not be happier with the product itself but the customer service from the get go was also amazing, such positive language and informative emails - it really made the whole experience so enjoyable. I rarely comment when I purchase something but felt I must this time. Can I just say how brilliant I have found doing business with Simply Hammocks. I have just bought an American Dream double hammock with spreader bar plus the T-bar hanging kit and not only did it come significantly under the competition in price, Chris from Simply Hammocks immediately phoned to say they were out of stock in the natural colour and offered an alternative. I chose the grey one which arrived the day after the call. We love it so much I have just ordered another one so the whole family can chill together. I had no idea about hammocks and my daughter wanted one for her birthday so I surfed the net and came across Simply Hammocks and myself and my wife watched the video by simply hammocks and that was it we knew what we needed and then went onto their online selection process - again very well laid out selected what we wanted - also asked a quick question that was answered well.
