Wonderful experience with Simply Pleasure Swansea. I bought a toy at an event in South Wales, and I am in love. Confident I made the right purchase. I also received a gift from a friend that was purchased the same night. Great quality and works like a dream. The 2 lovely people that set up their stall were really happy and were more than okay for us to look at the toys up close, see different settings etc. Nothing was too much trouble, they even popped back to the main store to pick up a toy for my friend as they didn't have with them. Talk about good customer service. Anyway, really positive experience. They cater for everyone, whether you are after the latest toy, looking for a gift, or even if you want a quiet browse. Well worth a visit:)
