Simtek is my family's business so I'm a little bias, but I really wouldn't fault them. Ginny is probably one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to automotive connectors and terminals, and Jay is an absolute technical genius when it comes to vehicles or electrical systems. The staff are all wonderful folk and, while its a very small business (and you have to keep that in mind) they produce amazing things and keep customer service and value for money at the heart of everything they do.

What can I say to do Simtek justice emailed them on a SUNDAY looking for an oem plug for a Ford Kuga and got an immediate response from Ginny , they had the part I needed and the crimptool i needed all sorted on a Sunday ,thats a 10 star award in my book having been in the trade for 40 yrs .Regards Ian
Excellent service! Simtek service all my injectors; some of them have been in storage for years, but so far they've always managed to bring them back to life.
I needed an unusual OEM automotive connector in a hurry. I sent a photo to Simtek who were extremely helpful - they had the part in stock and it arrived next day, custom made with correct colour wires. Many thanks and highly recommended!
