I visited the audi service department here today and was taken care of by Gary. The purpose of my visit was to have the navigation on my A3 activated. Whilst there I was accommodated with complimentary coffee. My vehicle was given a free health check and I had retrofit door lights activated at no additional charge. As far as MAIN DEALER service goes I was overwhelmed by this dealership and especially Gary. I've only recently acquired my A3 and Gary provided me with a comprehensive service print out which was reassuring to know that the car had 100% AUDI history. Along with this Gary advised when the cam belt would be due along with the next service date additionally he gave me the findings of the free health check inspection which was that the front brakes were 65% worn. I drove past 2 other AUDI dealerships on my way home and although I know there will be some BRAND standards to comply with I am 100% sure I wouldn't have been shown the courtesy that was demonstrated by Gary. I don't often leave reviews however I felt this service needs to be recognised and as a customer where we have alternative choices reccomendations go a long way in deciding who we deal with. Thank you

My wife tried calling parts 2pm till 3pm but no apparent answer to called service who said they would get parts to call back! BUT guess what, no call. So to oil my son needs when he get home at the weekend won't be in!
