When my mother transferred to Hengist Fields from hospital for end of life care we hadn’t expected her to be there 6 months later but the peaceful environment, kind, gentle and friendly staff brought her back to us. We were able to spend quality time with her safe in the knowledge she was receiving the care she needed when we weren’t there for her. Nurses and carers are professional, doing their job effectively and efficiently but also with a smile and a gentle touch. Thank you so very much.

I would like to thank the amazing people who work here and gave my grandad the best of care, respect and dignity up until he passed away! You are all truly special people who deserve nothing but praise! Keep up the excellent work! I know my grandad was well looked after and he was always happy and in a good mood when we visited him. Once again thank you from the bottom of my and my families heart!
My terminally ill, elderly mother has been wonderfully cared for in Hengist Field care home since March 2016. Before her health deteriorated and she was more physically able, she really enjoyed joining in with all the activities and days out and has made some lovely friends with some of the other residents. I thoroughly recommend Hengist Field.
