*** BUYER BEWARE*** We had an estimate done for exterior wall insulation which we accepted, by O'Connell's Drywall Contractors Ltd in Sittingbourne. This was for over 10,000 in work, partly financed by a Government Green Homes Grant. We sent to voucher to O’Connells at the end of December. I have chased them several times for a start date. Today, without any explanation or apologies, they have emailed to say they have cancelled the voucher. This is APPALLING. We were assured that they would be able to undertake the work. I have asked them for an explanation but I very much doubt this will be forthcoming. Clearly they do not require anymore work. They are a TrustMark registered company and I will also be making a formal complaint to them. Stay away from this company. Complete charlatans.
