Support team is good, account management , billing est very bad and dishonest, even to senior management level, so they wont help you! not worth the money they charge, try Rackspace maybe?

We enjoy working with the Six Degrees team and have been a supplier to 6DG for the past 3 years. It’s always fun creating new products with the team and watching their business grow. We look forward to a continued working relationship in the future. The young, dynamic and enthusiastic marketing team which is ever growing, is always on the search for innovative and market leading ideas and products that showcase the ethos of their brand! We love everything about 6dg. A great company which has a plethora of happy customers and seems to winning awards on a annual basis!

6DG had great customer focus and strong technical expertise when UKS joined the 6DG group. Since then expansion into a market with declining margins have put pressure on departments that has undermined the customer base. The expansion and current drive for revenue at all costs has left the customers with poor experience of customer service, contract management and billing. Frequently inter departmental coordination is lacking when managing customer issues almost to the point of breaching their general contract terms.

Terrible service They get their service from BT or Virgin and blame all the delays to them. Their welcome pack states that estimated connection time is 85 working days (including most of the obstacles etc) but it has been over 130 WORKING days (6 months) and we are still waiting for the 1gb leased line. Because of the delays they caused, we lost thousands of pounds and if you do not want to suffer from the same incapable service, I will say STAY AWAY! Virgin or BT gives guarantee and even pay you money if they do not deliver the service, these guys make sure that they treat you like slaves because you signed a contract and think that they have all the power in the world to do whatever they want to you. (remember you have to sign the contract to be their customers and you cannot get the service without signing this. you do not have any power or saying in the contract)
