Very pleased with my purchase and the service received from Skate hut, on my first ever order with them. I'm glad I made the choice to give them my custom, my order arrived when it was meant to, next day delivery with DPD was the cheapest I've experienced @ 3.99, my daughters scooter arrived in perfect working order and most importantly she was very happy with it. I would definitely do business with Skate hut again and I would certainly recommend them to others.

Impossible to call them by phone! Yodel they use for delivery Avoid all cost! Yodel driver never delivered item! Unable to contact skatehut by phone! Yodel adamant they delivered the parcel to the right address! Which is a lie and it is for my autistic son’s 9th birthday! 16th April 2021! Never ever usually I order from a company who sends item via Yodel!

Fantastic customer service. I bought a skate bag which bust at the seams after a very short period of use. I contacted their customer service email and received a very quick reply. I returned the item and had a replacement within a week.

This is a great skate shop. I've ordered from here several times over the past few months, they stock loads of stuff, the site is easy to use and delivery is swift, sometimes arriving the following day even though I only used standard delivery. Having an account with them is also worthwhile as the loyalty points can give you a decent discount once you've built a few points up, and you can backdate points from previous orders as long as you use the same email address.

Ordered a skateboard paid extra for early delivery. I messaged them as they not taking calls yesterday for tracking. Got email back this morning saying I will be messaged soon as it is dispatched. Was not happy so had a live chat, to be told they do not even have it in stock. Apparently it has been lost!!
