Arrived today at 12.15 to be told we wouldn't get in until 1. After waiting for 45 minutes with a 2 year old and a 1 year old we were told it would be around 2pm until we could get in but that wasn't even guaranteed!!! They limit everyone to 2 hours but have no idea what time everyone entered and what time everyone would be leaving therefore could not give us any indication what time we would actually get in! On top of that a very rude member of staff spent the entire time we were stood in a queue bellowing and scaring the kids to 'line up on one side' and 'come on let's have some social distancing' at the top of his voice! After having wasted nearly an hour waiting and the queue not moving we left with 2 disappointed kids. Poor service and rude staff

Super expensive. Food is the cheapeast of quality but priced like a top end restaurant. Will not be going bk to this place ever again.
Good place for kids the staff are unreal have no manners at all very rude will not be coming back here again not recommended adults cant go in and help your children
Kids had a lovely time , great covid saftey measures inplace. Shame the food and drink prices are a bit pricey
Been the same for 20 year's..my oldest son 19 liked going as a child and now my 2 year old likes to go..cheap entertainment for the little ones
