Not Happy my girlfriend was on the phone for 55 minutes and then she got put thought the woman on the phone put the phone down on. train your staff properly treat people with respect and do the job properly or not do it at all useless

I sent a email earlier to day with a attached photo. The reply I got was very good. Say that I had to ring for someone to advice me what happeneds next. And. So I then wait for 46 minutes on the phone waiting. Only to be told that I would have to ring back in the morning. Can someone please explain this to me.

I'm a Scottish Scottish resident in Skegness for 1,5 month, in severe pain for 3 weeks. My own GP advised I exercise the right to be seen by a local GP practice as a temporary resident, Hawthorn is the only one taking in new patients. The GP declined seeing me and asked me to 'get it done back home once I'm back' knowing I've still got 3 weeks of staying in Skegness. Disgraceful.
