Absolutely awful Purchased a product 16 days ago based on a 3-5 day turnaround. Still hasn't arrived, and won't tell me when it will They provided a dispatch notice. I chased multiple times. However I found out it's still not even left the warehouse, and they can't even tell me when or if it will ever leave. Despite taking payment for an advertised turnaround. You can only blame coronovirus so much and expected it might take a couple of days longer based on the courier. But for it not even to leave the warehouse after 16 days is ridiculous. If you can't meet your demand then change your advertised shipping. And honestly there dispatch notice they provided to amazon a day after purchase is just fraudulent.

We ordered two faux leather recliner massage chairs for lounging in our front lounge - mostly used by teenage daughters. They were delivered promptly and easy to put together (do need two people to make it easier). We love them, specially after hard days work just go in switch on, recline and have a massage whilst relaxing!!! Exactly how described and perfect for what we wanted - definitely recommend the product and the Clifford James outlet. Also will use again. Thank you Clifford James
Everything packaged lives with mice, rats and their droppings. Unbelivably horrific work conductions, I’ve never seen something like it in my life.
I ordered a garden parasol and base via groupon and it failed to arrive within 7 days as stated its been over 6 weeks now and it still hasn’t arrived and they are refusing to refund my money.
I have used Clifford James for many years and I have always had excellent service and goods. One of my latest purchases was the wrong size (my fault) and it was replaced within days. I am happy to recommend this firm.
Don't bother. The courier they use is shocking. Been promised delivery every day and nothing has arrived. My shoes have been in the delivery van every day apparently and still nothing. They cant even give me a reason for the delay. Don't bother. Ignore the other good review here, trust me
I was working there, tha dont look after there staf so iv left. Its a bit of a mess.
Pretty poor. I ordered a product 2 months ago, chased it up four times and been sent the wrong item once. It's needed urgently now. Every time the customer service dept. promise me next-week delivery or "within 10 days". It's been 56 so far. Very frustrated at always getting the same answer but having nothing done about it.
