Richard at Ski Marine is a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman. We bought an Aquafax dinghy from him that has been an excellent boat for messing about on the river and in Poole Harbour. Richards customer service and knowledge is first class and I shall definitely be using him again.
I was referred to this company and have used them yearly to service my Tohitsu outboard and for parts etc and I also always refer this company . Thankyou for the friendly and professional service your company provide Richard.
It was a BIG mistake dealing with this company. The owner will do everything to sell you an expensive outboard and he is mainly geared up to making quick profits… Unfortunately after sale doesn’t exist so please AVOID like a plague. It is a shame there is no ZERO STARS here.
A very good service. Richard is very knowledgable and keen to offer the most cost effective solution. Clearly knows his stuff with many years of experience. Performed full engine winterisation at home saving a lot of hassle. Recommend early booking as clearly in demand. Simon Jackson
