I have seen Dr Pradnya several times for lip filler treatment and have been really pleased and impressed with the procedure and results each time! I always enjoy visiting the clinic - Dr Pradnya and the team are all lovely and welcoming and cheerful. The lip filler treatment is relatively painless and I have always had great results (great volume and shape) and have not experienced any adverse side effects (e.g. bruising, swelling, pain). I think this is testament to how skilled Dr Pradnya is at the procedure. I have also been impressed by the extra hygiene measures that the clinic have had in place since the start of the pandemic. There is never any more than one client and one or two staff in the clinic at a time, I had my temperature checked on arrival, all staff wore masks, everything is clean, and antibac gel and handwashing facilities are available and used regularly. I felt very safe. The 5% discount for NHS workers is also a lovely touch which I really appreciate. Thank you Dr Pradnya and team!

Originally I visited Dr. Pradnya Apte's' beautiful Clinic in Exeter to ask about a skin-thread facelift. After a long consultation with her, in which I felt completely at ease, Dr. Pradnya suggested an alternative treatment and explained the wonderful results that would occur. I had complete faith in her knowledge and expertise realising Dr. Pradnya has an aesthetic approach to facial constuction and instinctively knows what treatments work best for optimum results witheach indiviual patient. At my next appointment, Dr. Pradnya applied anaesthetic cream and began to eliminate fierce tension lines on my neck. Then she injected Ellance collagen into my lower cheeks and jowls. This is the \magic\ formula that will stimulate my own collagen into action over the coming months! The whole procedure was minimally uncomfortable, but not painful and Dr. Pradnya and Victoria her assistant, were reassuring throughout showing great care for my comfort and well-being. Finally, cold packs were applied to avoid swelling on the treated areas. I can't recommend Dr. Pradnya Apte highly enough and am delighted with the results. Thank you Dr. Apte and Victoria.

I came in today for a Perfect Peel by Dr Pradnya and I am so happy! Her customer service is absolutely amazing and she cares so much about her customers! I would strongly recommend this clinic, I recently had lip fillers and am extremely happy with them. Very welcoming and reassuring, as I was nervous before the procedure. Dr Pradnya listened to me as I wanted only a subtle enhancement and I am really pleased. I will definitely use further services in the future.
