Haven't visited since last summer but have just finished eating smoked haddock bought in the local Co-op. Truly mouth-watering..! Local food in a local shop... Can't get better than that..!

Excellent smoked fish and meat products for sale in a small shop attached to the smokehouse. It's a fair way down single track roads so check opening hours before you go. When we went in June it was Noon to 5pm but not Saturdays (and possibly not Sundays?) Try the smoked salmon pate - delicious. They can also deliver, so you can order products online. The shop also has a few other items like Scottish chocolate, oatcakes, jams, cards etc.
