So every time I have been to this place, it’s got gorgeous smells, I mean it’s packed full to the brim, the butchers is amazing and loads to offer, it has a gorgeous bakery with fresh bakery goods, the strawberry tarts are to die for, they do decaf coffee!! Not even ridiculously priced like costa and tastes good too! Oh and to add they also do hot food, the jacket potato with meat balls is on point! It doesn’t disappoint, has something for everyone and normal grocery goods.

We use this store daily Most of the staff are great Sadly there are two particular ladies Who need a course on customer service Or preferably a different job Neither are young so they should know better. Can l suggest that the owners have a secret shopper go in when these ladies are serving. I think they would get a shock Rudeness is never called for. One other point.Cigarrette prices are different nearly every time l buy them It depends on who is on the till. I know they are scanned but it's often over a pound more.
REALLY APPALLING BEHAVIOUR FROM MANAGEMENT!!!!!! Really rude lady served me. I was really taken aback with how angry she was! The card machine was down and she managed it poorly. The other checkout staff spoke to me with respect. I hope in the future the manager can talk to others with dignity and respect.
