We ordered our skirting boards and architrave before Christmas and it all arrived 24hours ahead of schedule. We checked the packaging on arrival and it all appeared ok, we left it wrapped over Christmas as we were not in a position to use it at that time. When we opened it after new year to use it we found that over half the architrave was damaged at one end. We contacted the sales department and they were extremely helpful. This sort of thing had happened before, they made no silly promises, exuded an air of reassurance and assured us that help would be forthcoming if required. As it happened we were able to complete the work without needing any more supplies. Well done Skirtings R Us for genuine help and customer service.

I have renovated a 1890 Victorian property and have ordered both Skirtings and Architraves, The skirtings are all 25 mm think and 8 inches high, they look great come primed which saves lots of fuss. Delivery is usually prompt and the goods are well packaged. Guy Simmons
I needed to replace the skirting and architrave throughout the house, and even though, I was only looking for a very basic type of skirting/architrave (Square/Primed), the variety of products on the website was fantastic. The process was to checkout was easy and not complicated. All told, the price (especially the bulk buy discounts), customer service and delivery were all exceptional, especially with the team expediting the order before the scheduled delivery date (Thanks Will). I feel this company has let me down. We bought lots of skirting and matching architrave for the large property we were slowly renovating and only had 2 doorways left to go when they decided to withdraw the size we were using. I had actually ordered the architrave via the website only to get a call saying they wouldn't fulfill the order, no real explanation or apology. So now we have different architrave on the doorways to the rest of the building and it looks awful. It's also way too bulky for the door frame. I'm not at all happy about it, that's the trouble with buying bespoke I suppose. Can't recommend their preprimed skirtings/architrave as they are very bumpy and need to be sanded down before repainting.
