In-store shopping
Staying in Broadford we popped into this wee collection of shops. Karen at Skye Antiques is such a wonderful lady. Us Pink Ladies need to stick together A fabulous eclectic collection of old and new antiquities. A great place for a \good rummage\. This was our first visit to Skye but it certainly wont be our last, looking forward to my next ummage\ at Skye Antiques already.

A great wee shop with loads of old things to browse. My daughter was fascinated by some Wedgwood pieces and the next thing we knew the owners had gathered all their Wedgwood together for her to look at. Prices were very reasonable and the owners were very knowledgable about the things they had too, which made the experience even more interesting.
We love this place..it has added a whole new dimension to our visits to Skye. Our first purchase just over a year ago ,was this unique hand carved woodpecker by the proprietor Trevor, popping out a birch tree, coat hook . We just thought it was delightful so have given it pride of place on our living room wall with another cheeky bird to keep it company , as it is a piece of art in its own right. We visited again a couple of weeks ago and found a few more things we liked to buy. It is now a must stop on every visit
We had a lot of fun browsing the antiques, old books, and other items at Skye Antiques. We also had a good time chatting with the shop’s owner. We ended up making a purchase - and were very happy with the price. I’d highly recommend a stop at Skye Antiques.
Found some wonderful Victorian agate brooches here and LOVE them. Also found a beautiful set of dram glasses. Really enjoyed visiting with the lady that owns this shop. She’s very friendly and knowledgeable. She was even kind enough to give us some travel tips!
