Just ruined my eyebrows and when I told her I wasn't happy she suggested I should pluck them instead!! Terrible attitude to making a mistake, she just talked over me while I was telling how I wanted them, felt she wasn't listening to me at all, really ruined my day. If the manager wants to do your eyebrows, walk away.
Lovely therapist and spacious comfortable treatment rooms. Very enjoyable experience and package was good value.
