I am so angry with them. They never ring me back when they say they will never reply to emails. All they say is \ that they are very busy \ If they are so busy that they can't make time for a two minute phone call to let me know what's what I think they're in the wrong job. Being ignored is not nice not nice at all. My husband passed away last May and it's his will they're dealing with well supposing to be. I wouldn't know because they've never let me know anything. If I were them I would be ashamed of myself call yourself QualitySolictors not in my eyes.
